- Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA)

- Wage statements
- Worker misclassification.
Her clients include Fortune 500 companies and employers in a number of industries, including retail, technology, biopharmaceutical and manufacturing.
- Secured denial of class certification on behalf of a multinational technology company in a gender-based employment discrimination class action.
- Achieved a favorable settlement of a wage and hour class and PAGA representative action involving alternative workweek schedules on behalf of a Fortune 500 food distributor.
- Represented a major social networking company in a wage and hour class and PAGA representative action involving joint employer issues.
- Obtained a classwide settlement and release of wage and hour claims for a Fortune Global 500 manufacturer.
