- Experience on a wide variety of financing transactions, representing private equity sponsors, hedge funds, financial investors, family office clients, high-net-worth individuals, portfolio companies and other corporate borrowers.
- Focuses on fund financing transactions, including subscription credit facilities, net asset value (NAV) facilities, and other fund-level financings.
Corinne’s practice focuses on borrowers and alternative lenders in all aspects of fund financing transactions, with a specific focus on subscription credit facilities, net asset value (NAV) and hybrid credit facilities. She also regularly represents clients on management fee and GP lines of credit and other financings throughout an investment fund’s structure.
Corinne has been lead counsel on many of the largest and most complex credit arrangements to funds affiliated with preeminent fund sponsors. She partners with clients to provide meaningful and practical advice across the spectrum of fund financing transaction.
Additionally, Corinne has experience advising on more general corporate finance transactions, including acquisition financings, and complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
Corinne also represents family office clients and high-net-worth individuals in various financing matters, including loans secured by fund interests, artwork, pre-IPO interests, margin stock and other unusual assets.
Corinne’s clients benefit from her deep understanding of the fund finance market, breadth of experience with atypical transactions and commercial approach to deliver streamlined and efficient legal solutions.
Each year from 2013-2020, Corinne was recognized as a Rising Star for securities & corporate finance in Super Lawyers magazine. In 2018, she also received the Safe Haven Award from Immigration Equality for her pro bono efforts on various immigration cases. Corinne actively participates in her community, serving as treasurer and vestry member of her church, and she has an active pro bono practice.
- Has worked with fund managers, including Mubadala, ICONIQ, Angelo Gordon and Blackrock, among others, on various finance transactions.
- Advising an alternative lender in a $40-million credit facility supported by venture capital fund interests.
- Advising a fund borrower in negotiations of multiple hybrid credit facilities.
- Advising an alternative lender in an NAV credit facility.
- Advised an investment fund client on multiple subscription credit facilities with large institutional lenders (one for each series of the fund).
