Dustin Stark advises clients on labor and employment issues in the context of corporate transactions and bankruptcy and restructuring engagements involving the acquisition and organization of workforces, including:
- Evaluation of workforces.
- Transfer, hiring and firing of workers.
- Unionization of workforces.
- Labor-management relations.
- Negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
Dustin also counsels and defends employers in an array of labor and employment disputes and litigation. He handles matters involving restrictive covenant issues and enforcement, claims of employment discrimination and retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour compliance, performance management, workforce reductions, employment contract negotiations, and complex HR investigations.
Dustin has substantial experience in National Labor Relations Board proceedings, including advising and representing employers in union representation and unfair labor practice proceedings, collective bargaining, and arbitrations. He counsels clients on compliance with traditional labor laws, responding to union organization efforts and managing labor-management disputes.
