Fatima Bishtawi is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Her practice has largely comprised of white collar defense and government investigations as well as securities enforcement litigation. She also maintains a robust pro bono practice.
During law school, Fatima was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and James Kent Scholar, and was an editor on the Columbia Law Review. She was also a member of the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic.
Fatima was a member of the Akin 2019 summer associate class, and an Akin Pro Bono Scholar in 2018.
