Gloriya is an associate in the corporate practice of the London office.
Her practice concentrates on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions, with a particular focus on the life sciences sector.
Gloriya advises a variety of private equity funds and multinational corporations on M&A, venture capital fundraising and general corporate matters and has experience across a range of industry sectors.
- Advised digital health business Lumeon and its shareholders on the sale of the company to Health Catalyst, Inc.
- Advised ICG Life Sciences on its investment in the oversubscribed $50 million Series B financing expansion round in Grey Wolf Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company leveraging first-of-its-kind antigen modulation therapies to address the source of immune dysfunction in oncology and autoimmunity.
- Advised MTIP, the European healthtech growth equity investor, on its investment in Hexarad alongside existing investors. Hexard’s radiology platform provides teleradiology services and software to customers across the UK, Ireland and Saudi Arabia.
- Advised a UK life sciences company regarding a $41 million series A2 round.
- Advised a UK restaurant company on an equity and debt restructuring.
