Hannah is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Hannah earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as staff editor for both the Texas International Law Journal and the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. Prior to law school, Hannah worked as an aviation insurance broker within the Lloyd’s of London and U.S. markets.
