Jasmine Alexander is an associate in the litigation group. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, judicial review and insolvency and restructuring situations. She has experience advising on commodities disputes and civil fraud, as well as previous experience working on financial regulatory, financial restructuring, and competition and anti-trust matters.
- Advising on a groundbreaking judicial review claim with an accompanying human rights claim.
- Acting for an ad hoc committee of bondholders of US$230 million convertible bonds on a restructuring plan under the new Part 26A of the Companies Act.
- Assisted in a high-value FCA investigation into alleged breaches of FSMA.
- Represented Vitol Holdings B.V., the world’s largest independent oil trader, in its $2.3 billion public takeover of Vivo Energy plc.
