Earlier in his career, Kendall served as a law clerk to The Honorable Ancer L. Haggerty of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and The Honorable James L. Dennis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
While studying at the New York University School of Law, Kendall was book annotations editor for the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics.
