Biography
- Assists clients on a range of labor and employment issues, including litigation and arbitration disputes.
- Advises companies on a variety of labor and employment matters, including drafting handbooks and employee policies; employment-related documents, including employment agreements, offer letters and separation agreements; and conducting antiharassment trainings.
Mia is an associate in the firm’s labor and employment practice, where she focuses on advising clients in a variety of labor and employment matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Mia received her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where she served as quorum and staff editor for the Journal of Legislation & Public Policy and was also a member of the Reproductive Justice Clinic. She received her M.P.P. from Columbia University School of International & Public Affairs and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
