Patrick is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Patrick earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School, where he served as a notes & comments editor for the Tulane Law Review.
Patrick was a member of Akin’s 2021 and 2022 summer associate classes.
