The European Commission (the "Commission") updated its Russia sanctions FAQs relating to the provision of services by clarifying whether the prohibition to provide auditing services in Article 5n(1) of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 ("Regulation 833") prohibits the auditing of information of legal persons, entities, or bodies established in Russia for the purposes of financial reporting and complying with international auditing standards.

The Ministry of Commerce announced the addition of 15 U.S. entities to the Export Control List, pursuant to the Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items, to safeguard national security and interests.

The Ministry of Commerce added ten U.S. entities to the Unreliable Entity List, due to their participation in arms sales to Taiwan, or so-called military and technological cooperation with Taiwan.
- 04 Mar 2025 (China - Measures and Countermeasures):
The Ministry of Commerce announced restricted measures against Illumina, Inc., which was added to the Unreliable Entity List on February 4, 2025, for having violated the principle of normal market transactions by cutting normal transactions with Chinese enterprises and adopting discriminatory measures against Chinese firms.
