The OverRuled: China Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:
- 24 Apr 2025 (BIS):
BIS added 18 entities to the Unverified List ("UVL"), including five located in the PRC.
These foreign entities were added because BIS or federal officials, acting on BIS's behalf, were unable to verify their bona fides (i.e., legitimacy and reliability relating to the end use and end user of items subject to the EAR) through the completion of an end-use check.
BIS also removed three entities under the destination of the PRC.
