Biography
Chris represents hedge funds, private credit and direct lending funds, and special situations/opportunistic investors on a wide variety of financing transactions – with a focus on direct lending, special situations and the financing aspects of complex restructurings.
Representative Work
Chris's recent engagements include:
- Advising HPS Investment Partners on the refinancing of Havila Kystruten, a Norwegian shipping company.
- Advising an opportunistic investor on the refinancing of a shipping and shipbuilding group.
- Advising on various liquidity and distressed lending structures.
- Advising private credit investors on various acquisition and other lending structures – including senior and junior instruments, unitranche lending, holdco instruments, fund finance, private placements and whole business securitisation structures.
- Advising various creditor committees on the financing aspects of cross border restructurings.
