Dakota is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. She assists clients in a variety of litigation matters, including securities litigation matters and government investigations.
Prior to joining Akin, Dakota was an attorney for another law firm in New York.
Dakota earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She served as staff editor and notes editor of the Cardozo Law Review. Dakota also served as secretary of the American Constitution Society.
