George Burt advises private equity funds and multinational corporations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate matters, and has experience in a variety of sectors across both emerging and established markets.

  • Advised Bain Capital Special Situations in the £1.2 billion investment it co-led with Pollen Street Capital in the merger between The Markerstudy Group and Atlanta Group.
  • Advised Bain Capital Special Situations on its acquisition of Sunshine Leases.
  • Advised Bain Capital Special Situations on its acquisition of the Andros Portfolio.
  • Advised a private equity firm on the acquisition of a European pharmaceutical and healthcare business.
