Grace assists clients on general corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions and finance transactions.
While in law school, Grace served as an associate editor for the Texas Law Review and the media director for the Women’s Law Caucus. She was also a member of the Texas Business Law Society.
Grace was a member of Akin’s 2019 and 2020 summer associate classes.
