Represents lenders, export credit agencies, multi-lateral institutions, government agencies and developers in cross-border transactions, including the development, financing, acquisition, disposition and restructuring of energy and infrastructure projects.

Jooyoung has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure projects and project financings. He has advised lenders, export credit agencies, multi-lateral institutions, government agencies and developers in cross-border transactions, including the development, financing, acquisition, disposition and restructuring of energy and infrastructure projects. He has experience with negotiating and drafting a broad range of finance and project agreements.

Prior to joining Akin, Jooyoung worked at another top tier U.S. law firm, advising both borrowers and lenders on a range of project finance and general corporate financing transactions.
