Matthew is an associate in the firm’s corporate group. He assists public and private companies in corporate finance, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate matters.
Representative Work
- Represented Vista Credit Partners, as purchaser, agent and warrant holder, in connection with its $150 million senior secured notes and $150 million convertible notes issued by fylr, a leading provider of management software tools for airlines, travel and transportation.
