- Acted for the opposing ad hoc group of noteholders in the restructuring of the Adler group, involving the first fully contested valuation challenge of a restructuring plan and the first restructuring plan to be considered by the Court of Appeal.
- Acted for an ad hoc group of lenders in the contested McDermott International restructuring, in the context of the amendment and extension of $2.6 billion of secured debt.
- Acted in the Commercial Court for one of central Europe's largest supermarket retailers in a novel application of the law of equitable redemption, in the context of a EUR +1 bn refinancing, following issues arising from the existence of sanctioned holders in its capital structure.
- Acted for an ad hoc committee of bondholders of US$230 million convertible bonds on a restructuring plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act.
- Acted for a top oil and gas companies in a US$300 million complex fraud claim in the Commercial Court against four high-net-worth individuals.
