Educational institutions—public and private, at every grade level—are facing unprecedented challenges. All are grappling with the implications of regulation, funding challenges, new interpretations of key statutes, an increased prevalence of online learning and the myriad policy issues implicated related to changes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We’ve spent decades representing a diverse client base ranging from established and renowned institutions to education research organizations, nonprofit and for-profit institutions, public charter schools and universities.
