The OverRuled: Russia Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

Japan designated an additional 12 individuals and 33 entities as sanctions targets because of the situation surrounding Ukraine.
In addition, Japan now prohibits the export of certain items to an additional 22 Russian entities, as well as one Emirati entity, 18 Chinese entities, and one Kazakhstani entity.
The OverRuled: China Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

The United States sanctioned more than 200 entities and individuals involved in Russia's energy sector, the primary source of revenue fueling Russia's war against Ukraine.
In this action, the Department of State designated nearly 80 entities and individuals based in Russia, the PRC, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, India, and Cyprus, pursuant to E.O. 14024, for being engaged in the active production and export of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Russia, attempting to expand Russia's oil production capacity, providing support to the U.S.-sanctioned Arctic LNG 2 project, being involved in Russia's metals and mining sector, or being senior officials of State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom.
Concurrently, OFAC sanctioned more than 150 entities and individuals based in Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the British Virgins Island, India, the Marshall Islands, Antigua and Barbuda, the Seychelles, Liberia, Cyprus, and Liberia, including two of Russia's significant oil producers and exporters, Russian insurance companies, and shadow fleet vessels. The PRC and Hong Kong-based entities are sanctioned pursuant to E.O. 14024 and E.O. 13662.
