Meg Meserole is responsible for developing, planning, directing and implementing global human resources, benefits and talent management policies and programs in support of the firm’s overall business strategies.
Her areas of responsibility include:

- Human resources technology.
Meg has over 30 years of human resources experience. She began her career at two international law firms, joining Akin in 2003. She holds a B.A. in economics, an undergraduate certificate in personnel and industrial relations and an M.S. in management. She also holds the senior professional in human resources (SPHR) certification.
