Trademark, Copyright & Media Litigation
Commercial disputes—particularly in the high-stakes field of intellectual property—are a key consideration for businesses large and small. With online content and technologies in a state of constant evolution, the digital universe is constantly providing new opportunities for infringement, misappropriation and fraud.
We have extensive experience in providing clients with practical solutions to preserve and protect their trademarks, copyrights and media presence. Our results-oriented, creative IP litigators assist clients with significant issues that arise online and in digital media, including counterfeiting and pirating, privacy, fraudulent activities and host liability surrounding user-generated content.
Our practitioners have specific experience litigating in key district courts, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and before the International Trade Commission (ITC) dealing with business-critical copyright and trademark issues.
Our global presence means we can help clients in keeping their IP assets safe around the world—we’ve built strong relationships with local firms and law enforcement authorities in key jurisdictions, a particularly valuable tool in developing truly effective anti-counterfeiting programs.
